The Odisha State Committee of the MSME PDB is dedicated to spearheading the state’s transition from a resource-dependent economy to a future-ready industrial powerhouse. Guided by the Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022-27, the committee works to leverage the state’s massive mineral wealth to build a robust downstream and ancillary ecosystem. With MSMEs being the largest employers in Odisha after agriculture, our focus is on creating a "Plug-and-Play" environment that empowers local talent, rural artisans, and high-tech startups alike.
